I have created a second dock at the top of my screen. I have it tabbed also. Here's the problem, my 1st dock at the bottom of the screen allows me to alter the transparency but the top one does not. I want it to be exactly the same style as my bottom one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this has given me much frustration in trying to solve this myself.

<pubDateParsed>2008-07-26T02:42:34</pubDateParsed>
Transparency Issue
